Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms govern your use of OrgPulse, a service operated by OrgPulse Pty Ltd (ABN 54 663 510 709, ACN 663 510 709), an Australian company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What OrgPulse is

OrgPulse reads publicly observable social-media behaviour around Australian employers and derives six culture signals, together with a composite culture score. The signals are observational and probabilistic — they describe how an employer's public audience appears to behave, not a guarantee about what it is like to work there.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use OrgPulse. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the service or its data.
  • Republish OrgPulse scores as if they were your own measurements.
  • Use the service to harass, defame, or make employment decisions that discriminate against a class protected by Australian law.
  • Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access controls.

4. Nature of the information

Culture signals are indicators, not conclusions. You should use OrgPulse alongside your own judgement, direct conversations with prospective employers, and other sources. OrgPulse does not endorse or condemn any employer, and does not accept payment from employers to change or remove their scores.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including its methodology, models, user interface, copy, and derived signals, is owned by OrgPulse Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international law. You may view, share and reference public URLs; you may not copy, adapt, or redistribute the underlying data, models, or code without our written permission.

6. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and OrgPulse's liability for any breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or the cost of doing so.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrgPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost income, lost opportunity, or reputational harm) arising from your use of the service or reliance on any signal or score.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing info@orgpulse.com.au. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or where required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and OrgPulse submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
